Perfectly cooked : 2 eggs over easy with hash browns. The cilantro on top was a unique addition. So delicious! I finished my plate by dipping the buttered toast in the perfect yolks. I wish I could ask them how they make the eggs like that. Next time. Some of the potatoes were crispy, just how I love them. The service was wonderful and quick. I noticed the cute old fashioned stools at the counter. It was worth it to walk a few extra blocks. Sorry for repeating the word perfect, but it's the only word to describe that breakfast. Great price too. My friend had grilled cheese (I think with tomato). There was a side of coleslaw. This place is very popular for good reason!!

Impressive diner fare, only thing not impressive is the fact they are not open 24 hours. I stopped by here on the suggestion from a coworker, and I was in the area during lunchtime. They do a brunch special that includes a drink and a fruit salad, for a select few menu items. Craving French toast, I got that. It came with sausage, bacon, ham, and two eggs cooked how you want them. I also got myself an Elvis milkshake, which basically is a peanut butter and chocolate shake with some banana infused into it. The milkshake is amazing, worth the $8. It is a good size, and it is rich and creamy. The food I got is good too. It is basic, but it is amazing how many diners screw up a good French toast, or even a breakfast altogether. The staff is friendly too. They are honest and see to it that everybody is having a good time and enjoying their meal. Between this and Pegasus, Bay Ridge has two solid brunch options on the weekends.
I thought the food was great! I Ordered honey buffalo wings and curly fries and they were both delicious! The fries were tasty and crispy and everyone at my table was picking at them from my plate. All of the staff were nice. It was busy, so of course you're going to have to wait a few minutes for services. not sure why everyone is nitpicking waiting a few minutes, but we had no issue. I would recommend.
Trustworthy establishment. Absolute You want pancakes? You got it. Chicken fingers and Gravy? You got it. Panini? Gyro? Open faced sandwich? You got it. And don't forget the tiptop SERVICE! I love this place. I'm so confused by the cruddy reviews. Are you expecting James Beard Awarded chefs in the back of a damn DINER? Cooking diner-priced food for you with their Michelin Stars hanging on the wall? Get a grip.
